Sunday Planning ("we", "us") helps you plan your week. We respect your privacy and only collect what's needed to make the app work. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account info: email address and (optionally) your name, role, avatar, and timezone — used to sign you in and personalize the experience.
• Planning content: weekly briefs, goals, tasks, key moments, daily focus, brain‑dump items, mid‑week pulse check‑ins, and weekly reviews you create in the app.
• Preferences: planning day/time, pulse day, and weekly intention.
• Calendar data (optional): if you connect Google Calendar, we store OAuth tokens and read calendar events to display them alongside your plan.
• Technical data: standard logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) used to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use it

• To provide and improve the planning features.
• To authenticate you and protect your account.
• To send service-related notifications (e.g. password resets).

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your planning content for advertising.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored on our managed cloud backend with row‑level security so each user can only access their own data. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by our infrastructure provider.

Third-party services

• Authentication & database (Lovable Cloud) — stores your account and app data.
• Google Calendar — only if you choose to connect it. You can disconnect any time from Settings.

Your rights

You can view, update, export, or delete your data at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us or use the in‑app account controls. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use third‑party advertising cookies.

Children

Sunday Planning is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
