By creating an account or using Sunday Planning ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Don't upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Don't use the Service to send spam or violate others' rights.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Sunday Planning (goals, tasks, briefs, notes). You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the Service for you.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third parties (e.g. Google Calendar). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
